By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

This policy applies to information collected through the Site only. It does not apply to information collected in person at the gym, through our third-party membership platform, or through other offline channels, which are governed by your membership agreement.

Section 2

WHAT WE

COLLECT

Information You Provide

When you submit a contact form on the Site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message content you choose to include. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Membership Sign-Up Data

When you join District 507 through our online membership portal (operated by Antaris), you provide personal and billing information directly to that third-party platform. Please review Antaris's own privacy policy for details on how that data is handled. We receive a record of your membership status but do not store your payment card information.

Automatically Collected Data

When you visit the Site, we automatically receive certain technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This data is collected through Google Analytics and is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the Site.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. See Section 5 for full details.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us at info@district507.com and we will promptly delete it.

Section 3

  • To respond to contact form inquiries and provide customer service
  • To process and manage membership sign-ups and billing (via Antaris)
  • To analyze Site usage patterns and improve the website experience
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations
  • To send transactional communications related to your membership (e.g., receipts, policy updates) — we do not send unsolicited marketing emails

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Section 4

THIRD-PARTY

SERVICES

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized data about how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information and reports website trends without identifying individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For more information on how Google uses your data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Antaris (Membership Platform)

Online membership sign-ups are processed through Antaris, a third-party gym management platform. When you complete a membership purchase or manage your account through their portal, your data is subject to Antaris's privacy policy. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their privacy practices.

Social Media Platforms

The Site contains links to our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok profiles. Clicking these links takes you to third-party platforms governed by their own privacy policies. We have no control over the data practices of these platforms.

Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests (such as a subpoena or court order), or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety, or investigate fraud.
